BayLine Holdings LLC was founded from a genuine passion for automobiles, craftsmanship, and the people who bring custom builds to life. Founder Lawrence Jay Reagor III grew up in Northern California, where car culture, creativity, and hands-on problem-solving helped shape his appreciation for automotive design and performance.
As a certified automotive technician, Lawrence understands that a custom vehicle is more than transportation. It can represent years of planning, hard work, personal expression, and pride. His experience in the automotive field has given him an appreciation for the details behind every build — from engine and performance upgrades to wheels, interiors, audio systems, paint, bodywork, restoration, and complete vehicle transformations.
What Lawrence enjoys most is seeing a customer's reaction when an idea becomes real: the smile that comes when the final build comes full circle. That moment inspired the mission behind BayLine Holdings and ReserveBay — to help customers organize their goals and connect with participating automotive businesses for the services that can bring those goals to life.
