Protect Your Information
Do not leave passwords, one-time security codes, full debit or credit card numbers, bank login credentials, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information in an email or voicemail. BayLine Holdings will never ask you to send your password by email.
Vendor or Service Concern
For a concern involving a participating vendor, include the vendor's name, your vehicle or project reference, relevant dates, a brief description of the issue, and copies of non-sensitive service documents. BayLine may review Platform records and help facilitate communication, but the participating vendor remains responsible for its products, services, workmanship, warranties, refunds, and legal obligations.
Payment Concern
For an unauthorized or disputed payment, contact the applicable payment provider, bank, or card issuer promptly in addition to contacting BayLine. Do not delay because legal or provider deadlines may apply.
